Art #47: P.Joe's Diner

This photo was taken at SM Cagayan de Oro City specifically at P.Joes Diner. My brother took this photo as a souvenir and it took me a lot of confidence to pose for a photo shoot. Well, it was fun and I enjoyed the moment with it. There would be more photos to post but I just choose this as one of those. We ate lots of food and this was a birthday celebration of my brother. Now, I made this as my primary photo in my facebook account also I use this many times with my other accounts to make it in a uniform mode. Thanks to my brother who took this and we just want to enjoy the moment together as a family with my Mom Josephine Yañez, Jo Honey Yañez, Razel Joy Yañez, Razel Joy Yañez, and yours truly. Hope to post more photos here related to our family trip. The Lord is good and he remains faithful as always even though at times life may be difficult to understand.

This wall is made out of bricks and these bricks were made creatively. This is a form of art which is parallel type in photography. I took this as a souvenir in Grand Europa, La Mirande, Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City. Well, there are so many nice view of objects that can be found there and you will really be amazed of its beauty. Making it you to be interested and be glad of looking for more beautiful creations of God. The beauty of plants, animals, trees, flowers, water, and many more. Try to look at the picture in a bigger size.

Art #39: Photography is an Art (Arjay Padilla Yañez)

This photo is just a form of an interest. The art of photography is very nice when you try to discover something from it. Lights behind it were the lights from the street and vehicles. And the parallel lines there were all metals. It is part of an interest as we all can say. Cagayan de Oro City is also one of the best place where you can took up some photos to collect. Actually, there are lots of sites on where you can shoot. Even in Puerto Heights, Macahamus Cave, Macahambus Gourge, Cagayan de Oro River, and many more. You will really can gather lots of beautiful spots and could see nice venue for photography trip. I just used my 1000D Canon SLR camera for this shoot and I edited a few things in here just like an effects with the use of the Adobe Photoshop CS4. Try to look the bigger picture of it and you'll just observe something creatively.

This photo was taken by my cousin Rodz Padilla Ganob at Limketkai Center. It was just a plain trip or lets just say for fun only. Anyway, I love to edit photos and collect them as a remembrance. We cannot return the time we spent in this world and it is an opportunity to capture every moments that we want to take as a memorable event. Well, this photo will remind me of the things that we could appreciate at Limketkai Mall in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. It may be called a small mall compared to other malls in Asia or in the world but it is one of the biggest mall in Cagayan de Oro City. I used to spend a lot of my time in here just hangging around with friends or with my family as a part of spending time with them. Memories really matters and it takes time to do that.

Interest in Photography

One of the thing that I like to do the most is spending time with my DSLR. This is one of my favorite hobby, by taking pictures as an expression of art. According to its definition, Photography is the art, science, and practice of creating still pictures by recording radiation on a radiation-sensitive medium, such as also a photographic film, and electronic image sensors. I could really say that photography is a very nice interest to have. You can really capture every memorable moments that you want and even also events that are not that so important to you.
