Six "Signs" It's Time to Quit Job

When do you know it's time to move on?

1. You find it hard to go to work every morning.

2. The thought of a pay rise doesn't make you feel better.

3. Your job no longer gives you a sense of purpose.

4. There's no room to learn new skills.

5. You aren't sure what your place is in the company's future.

6. The company's values clash with your personal values.

Age You Marry vs "Baggage" You Carry

Does the age in which you wed determine the challenges in your marriage?

Psychology explains, that as we grow, we develop aspects of our personalities that help us gain inner strength. The virtues that you learn, or not learn at this age will affect how your personality develops.

Every seven years, from the time we are born, we go through stages of discovering who we are.

At age 18 to 21 years of age, you have a clear picture about yourself. It's when you don't properly develop all the qualities you need up to this point, that most people experience an "identity crisis."

By the time you reach 35 years of age, you might even experience a second identity crisis if the issues of your youth were not settled previously.

The ideal time to marry is around your late 20's onwards. This is when you've developed a strong sens of who you are and what your values are. And since you've explored the world, you are ready to welcome another person into your life.

This assumes that the person has truly reached a certain maturity level and the people entering into the marriage have tested each other's values to see if they match. More often than not, the relationship works because their love for each other is bigger than themselves.

Travel: Don't forget first aid kit...

On the way for a trip, you're more likely to get a stomachache or even fever as your body acclimatizes to a new environment. And you don't want to get caught in the middle of your friends/family vacation without proper medication, especially when you're traveling with others. Drugstores and clinics may not always be nearby, so it's better to think ahead and bring a first aid kit along with some other important stuffs to bring.

What to bring when in travel or in trip:

1. Anti-pyretics
2. Analgesics
3. Anti-emetics
4. Anti-vertigo
5. Antihistamines
6. Oral Re-hydration Solution
7. Anti-diarrhea
8. Burn ointment
9. Micropore
10. Eye drops
11. Scissors and tweezers
12. Band-aid
13. Thermometer
14. Gauze Bandage
15. Emergency and maintenance medicine
16. Betadine and alcohol

One at a time!

If two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time, why are you pushing yourself to do so many things at the same time? For multitasking person use these tips to get better at it:

  1. Find Your Optimum Time. Discover your personal rhythm and plan the day accordingly.

  1. Divide The Hours. Set time for individual tasks, and plan for interruption or distractions.

  1. Take Time-Outs. Stop everything, step back, and catch your breath. You’ll make better decisions when you’re not doing if from a harried state.

  1. Get Help. If you can’t handle all the work, admit it and begin delegating immediately.

  1. Complete Tasks. A finished project will calm and satisfy you.

Real Resolutions For Real Person!

Here are five common resolutions, reworked and souped up for success!

1. I will lose or gain weight:

- Focusing on a commitment to a healthier lifestyle is a better resolve. Also, sticking to a proper wellness regimen will help.

2. I will save money:

    - Log every peso you spend for one week, then review where you're wasting your cash and where you can utilize it better.

3. I will do something to help the underprivileged:
    - It should be something you feel really strongly about, so that you have the drive to keep up the good works.

4. I will travel:

    - Instead of wanting to do the exotic locations, find a place you really want to see, get some tickets,a nd make reservations. Then go!

5. I will get a promotion/ better job:

    - Even if you are not getting that step up right now, there is no reason why you should not be working towards your future goals from today.
